I'm not sure how I found Pamela DuMond but I'm glad I did!! She is easy to read and I love her details.
A really fun, fast read . I have never read anything by this author before, but look forward to enjoying more. Very funny. Wonderful ending.
I didn't know this author when I purchased the book but now I want more! It's a fun book with an interesting story line. Likeable characters with just enough quirks to make them interesting. I do love a book that makes me laugh.
I never consider myself too old to read a book that is intended for teenagers or grown-ups. But this book had a lot of language and caracters that to me sounded too hip, too irrational. Or maybe they are just "normal" Californians. But then I don't envy them.
So I found this book to be too silly, almost childish.
The nicest thing was the title. So if you are going to buy some book like this one, better get one of the coffehouse books, much better.
This was a short dramatic story, I t almost felt like a an animated short. I love Dumond's combination of humor and psychic abilities she create a unique landscape for her stories.
As the book describes, "a baker with a pinch of Psychic ability," describes it partly and is captivating with humor and mystery. Annie sees and talks to ghosts. The cover art caught my eye initially but the writing kept me interested until the ending. I look forward to reading more of Pamela Dumond's Graceland series.
